40th Anniversary of the Funny Car Prints
Custom photo graphic prints of two legendary funny cars celebrating forty years of drag racing history!
I took over 500 photos of the new Chi-Town Hustler Funny Cars and Roland Leong's Hawaiian with my new Canon EOS 50d digital camera and came up with some fantastic results. I then sorted and analyzed each photo till I came up with the best photos from the shoot. Then I went about creating some fitting commemorative prints of these legends of drag racing. These are not posters but quality photographic prints taken at 15mps resolution. These are not blow ups!! The original file size of the photo can be printed up to 66"x 44" print size without any loss of resolution. The print sizes available require no cropping or adjustment.

Legendary drag racer Pat Minick and funny car designer John Farkonas, conspire with Greg and Kathy Mosley of the Mosley Mopar Museum to bring back not one but two of the historic 69-70 Chi Town Hustler funny cars!
The original "real deal" 1969-1970 Dodge Mini Charger driven by Pat Minick has been impeccably restored to it's full racing glory and will reside full time at the Mopar Museum. A fitting tribute to the drivers and cars that started a revolution in drag racing spurred by the Hemi engine. The Chi-Town Hustler was the most famous funny car of all time and is still a vision of the glory days of drag racing history in the 60's and 70's. Driver Pat Minick had the job of the technical consultant to assist in the true-to-life restoation of the original. He was also the man who broke into the 6 second bracket in nitro fuel funny history and was the master of the 1/8 mile smoky burn out! The original "real deal" has a black roll cage and black drag chutes.
The exhibition Chi Town Hustler is a perfect copy and a new build of the nitro burning Hemi powered funny car and was cast from a mold created off the original body. It will be taken to shows across the country so the public can enjoy the history of raw horsepower and guts. The exhibition version of the Chi-Town Mini Charger has more improvements to the original chassis designed by John Farkonas and his revolutionary innovations in speed and safety. The exhibition Chi Town Hustler has the improved roll cage painted red and larger silver drag chutes.
The exhibition Chi Town Hustler will be displayed at Cordova Dragway Park along with Roland Leong's Hawaiian! I hope you all will come out to witness some significant drag racing history taking place on the 40th anniversary of the Chi Town Hustler and the Hawaiian funny cars.
